Switch your pricing tier
Upgrade or downgrade your workspace subscription.
Prerequisites
- You must hold the Owner role to change billing.
- A valid payment method must be on file for upgrades. Manage it under Settings > Billing > Payment method.
Upgrade to a higher tier
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Change plan.
- Select the target tier (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise).
- Review the prorated amount shown for the current billing period.
- Click Confirm upgrade.
The new tier limits take effect immediately. Your next invoice reflects the prorated difference.
Downgrade to a lower tier
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Change plan > select a lower tier.
- Review which resources exceed the lower tier's limits. A summary is shown before confirmation.
- Click Schedule downgrade.
Cancel a scheduled downgrade
If you change your mind before the billing period ends:
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Click Cancel scheduled downgrade.
The workspace continues on the current tier.
