Welcome to howlops.com. By accessing or using the platform you agree to these terms. This is the initial published version — please review the latest version in the admin legal editor before relying on it in production.

1. Service

howlops.com provides infrastructure uptime monitoring, alerting and on-call management. Free, Standard, Premium and Enterprise tiers are documented on the pricing page.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to probe systems you do not own or have explicit authorisation to monitor. Abusive monitor configurations may be paused at our discretion.

4. Billing

Paid tiers are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Refunds are handled per the regional consumer-protection law that applies to your billing address.

5. Service availability

We target the SLO declared in your tier description, measured monthly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Data is retained per the retention schedule documented in the admin data-retention section.
