Refund policy
We want HowlOps to feel like a no-regret decision. This page spells out exactly what you can claim back and when. If anything here is unclear, write to [email protected] and we'll work it out.
Free trial
Standard and Premium include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
If you don't add a card by day 15, your workspace auto-downgrades to Free. Free has no trial because Free has no charge.
Money-back guarantee — annual subscriptions
Standard, Premium, and Enterprise annual subscriptions include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Email [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the invoice issue date and we'll refund the annual fee to your original payment method, no questions asked.
The 30 days run from the invoice date, not the subscription start date — they're usually the same.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans don't include a money-back guarantee past 24 hours of purchase. If your card was charged in the last 24 hours and you'd like a full refund, write to us — we'll handle it within one business day.
After the 24-hour window, cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues to the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refund is issued because each month is billed in full at the start of the cycle.
Downgrades
If you downgrade mid-cycle to a cheaper tier, we issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining days in your current billing cycle to your original payment method.
What this policy does not cover
Add-ons (SMS / voice credits) — consumed credits are non-refundable; unused credits expire with the subscription.
Custom Enterprise contracts — refund terms are negotiated per contract; see your master service agreement.
Chargebacks issued without prior contact — we will respond, but please email us first; we resolve issues faster than the card network.
This page is the canonical version of the HowlOps refund policy (DECISION-0043). Future revisions take effect on publication; in the event of a dispute, the version in effect on your invoice issue date applies.
